Management of all sanitation issues in the Hotel department.To ensure that the line is following United States and international paris hotel maritime sanitation rules regulations.Position directly paris hotel supervised: Galley Utilities, Officer status: 1 stripe Hotel officer, gold on white.
Responsible that the vessel has constantly the highest sanitation paris hotel standard.Responsible for proper follow up of all Hotel crew in regards to public health procedures, according to established company guidelines.Inspecting periodically all Hotel areas with and without the Ships Management.Evaluating assigned utility staff as per company personnel policy.Controlling the proper stocking, ordering of all chemicals used for cleaning and sanitizing.Training Hotel crew in handling harmful chemicals.Ensuring proper storage of all chemicals in the Hotel dept. and checking all chemical stores.Assisting the Sous Chef in care, treatment and training on galley equipment. Ensuring that waste control is in place.
Thorough knowledge of cruise ship catering operationThorough knowledge of Public Health and Sanitation's regulations and procedures.Effective planner/problem solver.Formal degree in food- sanitation management from a recognised paris hotel International institution.Strong command of the English language combined with writing skillsAbility to train and motivate a team.Ability to co-ordinate and implement work schedules according to business level.PC knowledge of: Crunch Time and Windows paris hotel 2000.Fluent in interpreting paris hotel and implementing company work rules.At least three years of working experience as sanitation officer in a fast pace 4 or 5 star hotel accommodating paris hotel an international clientele.
