For the past few years during the spring semester, PCC has offered an eight night, seven day trip to the theater capital of the world: London. Traditionally, the trip has been held over spring break, but given the recent calendar changes things will be done a little differently this academic year.

At the cost of $3,330, the program is open to the public. This trip includes round-trip airfare, group airport transfers in London, eight nights at the four-star Thistle Kingsley Hotel in Bloomsbury (which is within walking distance to the famed West End Theater District), tickets norwegian wind princess cruises to four plays, guided tour of the National Theater in London, seven day London transportation pass, and one day excursion to Cambridge with tours of King s and St. John s colleges.
Though the four plays included in the trip have yet to be determined, previous norwegian wind princess cruises participants of the excursion have been able to see productions starring Ralph Fiennes, Keira Knightley, Liam Neeson, Maggie Smith, Elisabeth Moss, and works by Tom Stoppard, Ted Hughes, Noel Coward, and Shakespeare.
English Professor Deborah Bronstein, who led the program last spring, also spoke highly of her experience with the theater in London program. "It was a fantastic experience," she said. "Mainly because the community members and the students were both really involved."
Students are also raving about the chance to be in London. "The program is a wonderful norwegian wind princess cruises experience," said Royce Cacal, English. "How can one not be in London? It is a once in a lifetime experience and I highly recommend people to go."
