American Airlines and American Eagle are offering sale fares to U.S. destinations for purchase by Monday. Delta Air Lines has put hundreds of flights on sale through Aug. 9 for fall travel from several gateways including Fort Lauderdale. The sale, which launched Thursday, is in celebration of the airline s expansion at New York's  LaGuardia Airport, which was completed this month.  Sample sale fares from Fort Lauderdale include a $99 one-way fare to Atlanta for travel between Aug, 14 and Dec. 14, 2012.  Delta s historic expansion at LaGuardia earlier this month saw the addition of 100 new daily nonstop flights.
