Shoppers in Birmingham were treated to a series of five free secret gigs from popular indie rock band Young Runaways on Saturday July 14, joined by a cast of 'festival-goers' in wellies and fancy dress.
The  OxjamBrum Pop-Up Festival , which visited  Oxfam  shops in Harborne, Shirley, Wylde Green and Moseley before ending with a surprise show in Birmingham city centre, saw the group which uses violin, keys, trumpet and trombone alongside more traditional instruments play impromptu sets for fans and passing members of the public.
OxjamBrum  programme innovative and unusual live music experiences around Birmingham and have presented gigs on canal barges, around the famous 11 bus route, hotels in downtown san diego in tennis huts and at festivals, raising over £20,000 for Oxfam campaigns in the process.
