ARUBAAA definitely the weather is perfect everyday! the beaches village inn restaurant are gorgeous and the water is clear and calm..the people there are really nice too! you should stay at the hyatt..it has a great lobby and pool with a slide and bar in it..theres also a hot tub..the island itself also has really village inn restaurant good food!
Aruba would be my vote, but the ABC Islands are quite close, so the weather would be similar. As a few have pointed village inn restaurant out: Sept is the heart of hurricaine village inn restaurant season, so even if your Island is not directly hit, if your plane stops in either San Juan or Miami, plan on possibly having either flight delayed.
