anybody think Peavy gets back at the Cubs for plunking Konerko last series at any point tonight. He

I'd say we're just about due for one of the down stretches. Facing short alaska cruise and land vacation Jake Peavy tonight won't help matters much, not to mention the fact that Travis Wood has made six starts and the Cubs have won zero of them.
Travis Wood has never faced the White Sox. The only active Sox player he's faced is Orlando Hudson (0-for-2). Now, usually when it's another pitcher facing the Cubs with this sort of record, I say, "Clearly, we are doomed", and usually, we are doomed. short alaska cruise and land vacation I'm not sure if this works the other way around, though. Somehow, I think not. Guess we'll find out tonight.
Jake Peavy is having an excellent season. He faced the Cubs May 20 at Wrigley and threw 6 shutout innings in a game the White Sox won 6-0. The only Cub who's had any success against him is Alfonso Soriano (9-for-26, .346, four walks, three doubles, three home runs).

"Stuttgart Kickers soccer player Sascha Bender once suffered a facial injury short alaska cruise and land vacation after being punched. The assailant, teammate Christian Okpala, said Bender "permanently provoked me by farting all the time." "
And there s a certain witness to history aspect to it. It s like shoveling through several of the largest blizzards in Chicago area history. Those around since 1967 have been through the 1st, 3rd, 4th, 5th greatest blizzards, those around since 1979 have been through the 3rd, 4th, and 5th. Same goes for watching solar eclipses (Illinois was on the prime path for the 1994 eclipse) and so on.
anybody think Peavy gets back at the Cubs for plunking Konerko last series at any point tonight. He seemed fired up in the dugout that day and I almost though it would be too obvious for him to hit somebody in that next start. Just a feeling I got. It s always hit the best hitter, but I m not even sure who qualifies for that. I m predicting he hits LaHair tonight.
