The extras are first tips. Figure about $11-12 per day per person for the tips to the room steward a

My boyfriend and I are looking into going on a cruise. If we don t go next year, Summer of 2013, we ll definitely be honeymooning on one in Summer 2014. Anyway, I was hoping for some prices, tips, suggestions, and ways to save. We don t need a fancy room other than a hot tub and we don t do a whole lot other than swim in the pool and drink and eat. I know, very boring. We might play some putt putt. Anyway, suggestions are greatly appreciated on which cruise lines to invest when is the next u2 tour in, ones that I can book and reserve, and suggestions such as is it an item I can give to friends/family when is the next u2 tour if something were to happen etc? I would love to know all the details and it s only going to be two of us on the cruise.
Which cruise lines are best? We ve heard Disney but we re a little old to get the full effects of a Disney Cruise without kiddo s running around. So lets have your honest opinions. Also, what is a good way to start saving? Would putting back $250 a month be enough for a year? Really not sure what we ll be looking at with cost! Thanks when is the next u2 tour everyone. BE HONEST when is the next u2 tour WITH YOUR CRUISE EXPERIENCE
I have been on 10 cruises with number 11 this December. 3 have been to Hawaii and I will be going again. As an example my cruise for the lowest cost inside room would be about $2500 for 2 on a 14 day cruise. when is the next u2 tour That is about $100 per night per person which is about average. You can easily spend double that for a large suite with balcony. It is on the Golden Princess.
You can make reservations about 18 months in advance and it is usually about 10%. You can always cancel up to about 90 days before the cruise when is the next u2 tour without losing anything. If prices drop you can usually get the price change.
The basic cruise fare includes your room, meals in the regular dining rooms and buffets, room service, shows, and most ship facilities. Many ships also have free pizza, ice cream at various times, sushi, and hot dogs and hamburgers.
There are usually when is the next u2 tour 3 choices for free dining. There is traditional dining when is the next u2 tour where you are assigned a time and table for dining. They range from 2 to 10 seats and you have the same diners each time. There is anytime dining which allows you to go dine any time and you are seated with others dining at the same time. Both are held in large dining rooms with waiters. Then there is the buffet which is usually on the top deck. It is open to all and many people always use it for breakfast and lunch.
The extras are first tips. Figure about $11-12 per day per person for the tips to the room steward and wait staff. This is optional and some cruise lines automatically charge you. It can be adjusted or reversed at the end of the cruise. You should also tip a few dollars if you use room service. All bar drinks will have 15% added for a tip.
Many ships have alternate dining facilities that have a service charge of $15 on up. It may be a steak house or an Italian restaurant for example. There are also specialty coffee bars that have a charge. All bar drinks when is the next u2 tour including when is the next u2 tour sodas have a charge. The only free bar drinks are at the Captains Reception and the Repeat Cruiser Reception. Do not assume that the drinks being offered when you board are free. They are not. Bar drinks are $6 and up. Some ships are even charging for juice at any meal other than breakfast.
Megaships are now including when is the next u2 tour name restaurants such as Starbucks or one of the hamburger chains. You will pay for any meal there. There are even full scale production shows that charge huge prices for dinner and a show. Most live shows are free.
Some cruise lines sell a soda card for about $4 a day. It is only for fountain when is the next u2 tour soda. Unless you have 3 sodas a day it is not worth it. You can also buy a specialty coffee card which gives you 15 for about the price of 12.
There is a charge for any personal service such as laundry, salons, private trainers, etc. Spa treatments are very expensive, $50-$100. There is also gambling which includes the casino, bingo ($10-$20 per session), and sometime deck games such as horse racing. A ship photographer will be taking pictures all over the ship and at special occasions. They can cost $20 each. Phone calls in the room are about $8 a minute. Some ships have cell phone service. You are charged for international roaming by your phone service at about $2.50 per minute. Internet will cost about $50 an hour for a package. It is higher by the minute.
Off ship excursions are expensive. They start at about $30 and can be in the hundreds. You can book them on the ship or go on your own. The ship will not leave without you if a cruise when is the next u2 tour excursion is late. With one you did on your own they will not wait.
If you are a 1st time cruiser. I would recommend 3-5day cruise. Bahamas or better yet Conzumel beautiful island. Conzumel is Cheap 3-5 day cruise can cost around$200 or $180 depending on season etc.. Disney Cruise do not have casino. Before booking a cruise go to their website. carnival.com royalcaribbean, holland etc.. etc.. You would have an idea of what you looking for, what you like or don t like. Alaska cruises are great. 250 a month for a year for 2 is more than enough if you go to a 3-5day cruise. Get a balcony if you can, if not have window. The rooms are small plus is good to have some type of light. Every day in the cruise they have like a theme day and drink specials. Conzumel souvennirs are cheap, bahamas are expensive when is the next u2 tour and ppl can be rude. Grand Cayman is a beautiful island a little expensive. Go to the cruiseship website and youll see not that expensive, look at the excursion etc.. hope this help
Summer when is the next u2 tour is a time when a lot of families are on vacation because the kids are out of school. So on the mass-market lines, you re going to find a lot of kiddos running around. And the prices are going to be higher (law of supply and demand). Lots of demand, and the supply of berths for Caribbean cruises is lower because many lines send quite a few of their ships to Europe for the summer. And I m guessing that you d prefer not to fly all the way to Europe, to keep your expenses down.
I took a quick peek on Travelocity, and inside cabins on 7-night Caribbean cruises in June-August 2013 start at $66 per person per day, but $100 is a better working estimate. Add another $10 pppd for gratuities and make $120 your baseline estimate. $120 x 7 days x 2 people = $1680. Then there will be taxes and fees on top of that, which could be $100 per person or more.
I just got off Royal s Enchantment of the Seas.. 6 day Bermuda out of baltimore and it ran just about $5k for a Grand Suite for the 2 of us. we have an 8 day to New England and Canada booked for Sept 2013. same class of cabin and it is about $5500.
If you don t want little kids running around, please don t go on a Disney or Carnival cruise. Because you mention that you basically just like to swim and eat etc., I strongly suggest one of three cruise lines which depart from Florida for a whole bunch of reasons. My sister s been on all the main cruise lines multiple times. We ve only been on three so far. . To simplify matter, I ll recommend a 7-night cruise with any one of the following We just came back on March 15th from a Celebrity cruise which was great. We were in the best island in the world, Grand Cayman. Your $250./month for a year is just short a few dollars if you take Holland America, Princess or Celebrity for one week with an ocean-view room. I do not know which city you reside in, but if you add on the air fare to Florida, the little extras, tips, a bottle of wine here and there it s a little when is the next u2 tour over $3,000. but well worth it. Please try to book a cruise that visits port-of-call in countries with no crime or little crime. My first suggestion is simply going to Bermuda when is the next u2 tour for a week. You re only on the island when is the next u2 tour for 3 1/2 days there is so much to do. You ve got not only wonderful pink-sand beaches and fine dining and real friendly folks. Lots of tours available to choose from. A classy place with no crime. If you are looking to get mugged, go to Montego Bay, Jamaica, Puerto Rico, or to the West Coast of Mexico. If you are seriously trying not to get mugged go to St. Lucia, St. Thomas, St. Kitts, The Turks, Barbados, Belize, Cozumel, Grand Cayman etc. etc. there are plenty more islands with little crime. We ve been to 13 different islands and half of them we wold not return to unless we won a free trip or something. You can phone any of the 3 cruise lines and discuss prices. They all have their schedules up to May 2013 and beyond. You get what you pay for. When we were on Holland America and Celebrity, we were served fillet mignon, rack of lamb, Alaskan king crab, lobster tails etc. They are all classy, Absent was the noisy parties next door, the shortage of deck chairs and drunks bumping into us!
All cruise cabins are sold based on double occupancy and the prices listed will be per person and based on at least two people going on the cruise. when is the next u2 tour The price you pay will depend mostly on the type cabin/accommodations that you choose. There are 4 basic types of cabins on ships;
On some Royal Caribbean ships they have inside cabins that overlook an interior pedestrian mall and they are a great price. The FROM prices you see will always be for an inside when is the next u2 tour cabin. There are also some subcategories within each category with cabins on a higher deck, and/or a better location on ship (like midship), and/or that are slightly larger costing more.
You can reserve a cruise when is the next u2 tour by (1) booking on line; (2) by calling the cruise when is the next u2 tour line, or (3) through a travel agent. You will pay at booking the minimum deposit which will be about $250 per person for a 7 day cruise (less for a shorter cruise) depending upon the cruise line. The balance will be due approximately 60 days before the cruise departure date. If you book within about 60 days of the cruise you will have to pay the full amount. Once you book you can pay some each month or just pay the balance when it s due.
No I don t think you want to go on Disney. They are more expensive than other cruise lines (they currently h
