"The reason I have grave concerns about the US-China Administrator Shadowing Project is the fact not

Click photo to enlarge Chambersburg Area School District Superintendent Joe Padasak 1 Chambersburg Area School District Superintendent Joe Padasak is one of eight administrators in Pennsylvania selected to participate in a cultural exchange with China.
According to CEI, the purpose of the program is to build and support educational exchange programs between schools in the United States and schools in China at the pre-college level. The administrator shadowing project is the most prevalent portion of the endeavor cheap hotel rates aimed at promoting intercultural learning.
"There's two areas the rest of the world is ahead of us on. One is the way they do math by incorporating all of the concepts at a younger age and tying them all together through a spiraling process," said Padasak. "As opposed to our math, which is fragmented.
CEI sent several requests to Padasak on Monday, including locating an interpreter for the visit, finding a host family and requests to learn about modern China and consider cheap hotel rates itinerary for the late-October visit. In addition, cheap hotel rates CEI recommended reading and film choices.
"The reason I have grave concerns cheap hotel rates about the US-China Administrator Shadowing Project is the fact nothing is free, especially when a program cheap hotel rates is offered through the China Exchange Initiative. The sponsor of this shadowing project is the Freeman Foundation- Houghton "Buck" Freeman and his deceased father, Mansfield Freeman. Houghton Freeman became president of AIG, the world's largest insurance co. (don't forget the taxpayer's bailout $$$$ they received). I know the project has a $4,500 value and participants are required to submit an $1800, but at what bargain price can communism be infiltrated through the education system. Communism is the basis of the Chinese system and selling out our children's education under the basis that the Chinese are smarter than Americans makes my blood boil. We have many great inventors cheap hotel rates and geniuses from our country but the private sector is being bought out by our government and manufacturing sold out because of NAFTA and CAFTA . Last thing our teachers and students need, is to be taught more about China's cheap hotel rates education system and education reform ( REFORM; to change for the better-really? The expected outcome is to enrich a Chinese language program in the district and update curricula. I feel that our children are learning enough about the Chinese culture- let alone incorporating more into the subject. Until more time is given to the foundation of our country and the principals we are based on - that would be our Constitution and Bill of Rights, communism IS NOT and option. Maybe this shadowing program is better left for a junior college. According to the Communist Manifest, communism has ten essential planks, all of which are being implemented or infiltrated in our country, and the tenth is government cheap hotel rates control of education. I believe cheap hotel rates the community needs to put the school district cheap hotel rates under a microscope on what is being taught in our schools. We have something to learn from every country but brainwashing our kids into thinking Chinese is the way of the future is wrong on all levels. We live in the greatest country in the world and selling out to communism is not what our Founding Fathers had in mind. I believe there is something beneficial to be taught about Buddhism cheap hotel rates and the Cultural Revolution that began in 1966 but anything more would be questionable."
