My husband and I (and our little dog) stay at Wendwood at least once a year. We are so happy we discovered it. This is the cleanest place we've ever stayed, and the rates are very reasonable. Joann is a pleasure to work with, and she really appreciates her customers. We are grateful to be able to bring our dog with us to the beach. The condo is very close to Pier Park, and there is a dog beach across the street from Pier Park. There is also a great walking park next to Pier Park. Lots of people walk their dogs at that park. I highly recommend this condo to anyone, with or without a dog, who wants a pleasant vacation at Panama City Beach.

This was our first VRBO experience and I could not have asked for a better experience! The condo was located about 1 mile from Pier Park and had easy side street access to PCB parkway for a faster commute to the other side of town. Literally a 3 minute walk to the beach! A Pedestrian Crosswalk is marked on Front Beach Road right at the entrance to the communtiy. virtual house tours Outdoor shower was great for rinsing off the sand before heading into the condo....made clean up a breeze! Joann was great to work with and has decorated her condo in a tasteful Bombay / Beach style.....so lovely! Take advantage of the Winn Dixie (1/2 mile up Front Beach Road) and CVS cards she has provided....saves on groceries and gas! Thank you so much for providing such a wonderful experience.....we will be back again in the future!
Thanks for everything Joann! My family really enjoyed our stay at your comfortable condo. Very home-like and a great place to relax after a fun-filled day at the beach or Pier Park. Very quiet and clean complex- perfect for families looking for a getaway. We were close enough to everything we needed, but far enough away to enjoy our stay in PCB. Would definitely stay here again! :)
