I see we were dealing with a highly intelligent criminal here. What was he too lazy to walk next door to the Wells Fargo or up to the corner to community savings? Man he would have to take the bus if he went all the way up to the sovereign bank on Washington. All though he sounds like one of the usual bums that frequents the library.
