Create, maintain, airline ticket and grow domestic licensing programs for WWE's brand initiatives. Bring in profitable licenses that fit WWE's brand portfolio and build cohesive strategies to ensure a total brand statement tailored to specific objectives while addressing company goals. Plan and build a forecast and meet profit goals. Maintain a clear view of every license agreement from legal, accounting, and product approval, and follow up with activity for the life of the contract.
* Initiate airline ticket programs by tying together licensees, retailers, promotional partners and key WWE initiatives which result in a total concept that is successfully tailored and executed for the domestic market

* Maintain verbal and written rapport with international contacts to ensure effective and explicit communication, such as regular day-to-day e-mails, scheduled conference calls, newsletters, information updates, travel, and constantly encouraging cooperation among agents and licensees
